Please Note:
All of our planters are FULLY WATERTIGHT, and plants and soil can be planted directly into our pots. However, if you prefer, you can use a suitable size pot or liner to go into our planters.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return it within 14 days of the order date for a refund or exchange. To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that the product be in its original condition and packaging. We also recommend keeping your receipt for reference.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will gladly process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please be aware that return shipping costs are non-refundable unless faulty. Additionally, refunds cannot be provided for customized, bespoke, or personalized items unless they are found to be faulty. Thank you for your understanding.
